How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is 2-4 working days.
What currency do you use?
All of the prices displayed are in Hong Kong dollars.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within Hong Kong.
Is the information I provide during the purchase process secure?
All of the information that you send to us during the purchase process is encrypted to protect against automated access to our information and any user who attempts to view data will be presented with encrypted data that is beyond recognition.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes! If you require your gift box to be delivered on a certain date, we are happy to accomodate that. Once you are at the checkout page, please input your desired delivery date in the comments box and we will try our best to meet your requirement!
Do the boxes come with a card?
Each gift box includes a personalised card and message which you can enter on the order page.
Can I make changes to my order once the order has been placed?
Please be sure to double check your order prior to placing it. We begin processing orders right away but will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please send us a chat message or email us at justbecausehk@gmail.com and we will do everything to help.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We also accept orders through an HSBC bank transfer or PayMe. Please contact us via the messenger/email us at justbecausehk@gmail.com if you’d like to place an order through these methods.
Is shipping included?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping to all metropolitan areas on Hong Kong Island & Kowloon. For orders to the New Territories or Outlying Islands we charge a HK$100 fee.
**UPDATE (03/07): Due to the current HK Covid situation, a flat rate shipping fee of HK$100 will be charged for all orders.
